Beginning life as a modest belgian style pale ale, this beer spent it's adolescence hanging out in red wine barrels, nourished over time with raspberries. Tart yet balanced, with an abundance of berry aroma and bright fruit flavor.
02.01.2016: Drink 'em if ya got 'em. Still good, but starting to develop excessive acetobacter character.

Once a part of our core lineup, we re-brewed this soft-spoken pale ale specifically to age in wine barrels inoculated with wild yeast. Not a replica of, but an homage to, one of our favorites…
04.01.2016: Hoppy and clean right now; will dry out and get funkier with age.
09.05.2016: Abundant watermellon/honeydew aroma + flavor, pineapple and coconut from Brett. Clean vanilla (barrels).
04.02.2018: Very nice horse-blankety brett character (Brettanomyces claussenii). Lively carbonation. Crushable…

Sour Blond Ale with Pluots and Mangos
6.0% Alc. by Vol.
A variety of cooperage (Red Wine, Bernheim Wheat Whiskey, Buffalo Trace), an abundance of fruit (pluots and mangoes), and a plethora of wild yeast and bacteria came together to yield something very special. Tart but not enamel stripping, aromatic, and deep red in color.
09.06.2016: Quite tart; notable contribution from the pluot skins.
02.25.2018: If any still exists in the wild; drink it now…
