CHARITABLE DONATIONS

At Eagle Rock Brewery, we firmly believe in community and social responsibility; and although we would love to donate to every charitable event, we receive more requests than we can support.

Please note that regulations set by California’s Alcoholic Beverage Control limit our charitable giving to non-profit 501(c)3 and/or 501(c)6 organizations.

By law, we cannot make donations to private parties and/or non tax-exempt organizations.

If you are a tax exempt 501(c)3 or 501(c)6 and would like to request a donation, please provide responses to the following questions at least 8 weeks prior to the date of the event. You will receive a response in the next 2 weeks. Please note, if your event is in less than 8 weeks, we will be unable to consider your request.

If you do not have tax-exempt status, and would still like to have our beers at your party, please refer to the FAQ page for information on keg pricing and let us know if you’d like to reserve a keg for your party by emailing info@eaglerockbrewery.com.
